Intimate Winter Wedding at the Artisan Southport - Westport, Connecticut
Disco ball, black candles, and velvet sofas? That was our vibe for Sylvia & Charlie intimate wedding at the Artisan Southport for the Westport Wedding. When two interior designers get married you know you’re going to have a dreamy event. We wanted the design to be moody and romantic. When having an small wedding you are able to focus on the small details like collecting the corks for place cards or having Stems Floral Designs do the most whimsical flower chandelier. Can we talk about the cake from Lovely Cakes? This cake was sophisticated and chic, but we needed to add a little fun to it. Charlie’s family tradition is that they all cut cakes with their family sword. Obviously we played Game of Thrones music in the background. Take me back.
